Refund Policy

At OBRII SPACE OÜ (operating as Obrii), we are committed to providing a high-quality AI interaction experience. As our services involve immediate access to digital content and software-as-a-service (SaaS) features, our refund policy is governed by the following terms.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

All transactions are processed in EUR or USD. Service access is granted immediately upon successful completion of the payment process. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that the nature of digital content delivery means the service is consumed upon access.

2. SUBSCRIPTION AND RECURRING BILLING

Initial Purchase

A refund for an initial subscription may be requested within 14 days of the transaction, provided that the user has not accessed the AI interaction features or premium content.

Automatic Renewals

Subscription renewals are processed automatically to ensure uninterrupted service. These payments are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. To avoid the next scheduled charge, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Plan Changes (Upgrades & Downgrades)

You may change your subscription tier at any time. Changing your plan starts a new subscription at the selected tier, which takes effect immediately once payment is confirmed; your previous subscription is then cancelled. Because the new plan begins right away and replaces the old one, the unused portion of your prior subscription is not prorated, credited, or refunded. If you do not wish to be charged for a new plan, use the Cancellation option above instead, which keeps your current tier until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

3. ONE-TIME PURCHASES (TOKEN & IMAGE PACKS)

In addition to subscriptions, OBRII SPACE offers one-time purchases of consumable Token and Image packs. These credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment.

Because token and image packs are consumable digital goods delivered the moment your payment is confirmed, all pack purchases are final and non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account. Purchased credits hold no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.

4. TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS

We offer technical support to resolve any access issues. If a verified technical error on our side prevents access to the service for more than 48 consecutive hours, a partial refund or service credit may be issued at our discretion.

To report a technical issue, please contact support@obrii.space with relevant details (e.g., timestamps, screenshots, or error logs).

5. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your financial statement, depending on your bank's processing times.

6. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We encourage users to reach out to support@obrii.space to resolve billing discrepancies directly. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication with our support team is considered a violation of our Terms of Service.

OBRII SPACE OÜ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with frequent or unjustified dispute activity.
